• Thursday Night Skills Clinic:  RI Hockey Development (Spring/Summer):  This will be held weekly on Thursday evenings from 4/29 - 8/12 (16 weeks). Mike Doneghey--head coach of the Bridgewater Bandits (EJHL) and scout for the Chicago Blackhawks (NHL)--will be the on-ice director. Goalie coaching will be provided at each session along with an emphasis on proper skating technique for forwards and defense.  There will be 3 sessions (by birth year) at 5:00pm ('02 and younger), 6:00pm ('01 - '99), and 7:00pm ('98 through high school).  For more information or to register, please click on this registration form, call 401-762-1588 x14 or email info@risportscenter.com.

• Bukac Hockey Camp (Summer):  The #1 hockey school in the Czech Republic and Ludek Bukac, Jr. will be here in person to run this exciting camp and to teach the VGT techniques used in the Czech Republic. THIS CAMP SOLD OUT LAST YEAR.    The camp will be held from 6/28 - 7/2,approx. 8am to 4pm daily. • Pre-Season Power Skating/Conditioning Camp (Summer Camp):  This 3-day camp will emphasize both proper skating technique and stride and getting players into game shape for the start of the upcoming season.  This camp will be held from 8/23 - 8/25. Sessions are 70 minutes each as follows:  Session 1 (5:00 - 6:10pm) for Mite and Squirt levels.  Session 2 (6:20 - 7:30pm) for Peewee thru High School levels.  THIS CAMP SOLD OUT LAST YEAR. • Townshend Hockey Skating Systems Camp (Summer):  This camp is directed by Graeme Townshend, current skating and skills coach for the Toronto Maple Leafs, NHL.  Graeme has an extensive resume of skating and coaching experience at the professional and youth levels and will break down and teach proper technique for all skating and hockey skills. THIS CAMP SOLD OUT LAST YEAR. • Greg Carter European Hockey Training Camp (Summer Camp):  The week-long camps are designed for players with previous hockey experience.  The objective is to achieve top level conditioning and skill development with intense and specialized training in all aspects of the game.   This camp will be held from 8/2 - 8/6.
